About Rexivon
Rexivon provides conversion design, UX strategy, and landing page development services to business owners and companies globally. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any services you engage us for.
Use of this website
You may use rexivon.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at any time without notice.
Our services
Rexivon offers digital services including but not limited to: conversion audits, landing page design, copywriting, and front-end development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a separate Service Agreement signed before work begins.
These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and serve as a baseline. The signed Service Agreement governs the specific client engagement and takes precedence in the event of any conflict.
Payment terms
All project fees are structured across three milestone payments tied to deliverable approvals. Payment 1 is due before work begins and is non-refundable once work has commenced. Payment 2 is due upon client approval of the Page Design. Payment 3 is due upon launch of the Live Landing Page. Full ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client only upon receipt of final payment in full.
Revisions and scope
Standard projects include two rounds of revisions as defined in the Service Agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope are subject to an additional fee. We will notify you before undertaking any out-of-scope work.
Intellectual property
All design files, code, and copy produced by Rexivon remain our intellectual property until final payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted an irrevocable, worldwide licence to use the deliverables for their business. Rexivon retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and on LinkedIn unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed.
Project inactivity
If a client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice, the project will be placed on hold. Re-activating a project on hold is subject to a re-activation fee. Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. If the client terminates, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed to date will be billed at our standard rate.
Limitation of liability
Rexivon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability in any situation is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or business results. Projected figures shared during the sales process are estimates based on industry benchmarks and are not contractual commitments.
Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms — including Meta Ads, Google Ads, hosting providers, or analytics tools — that may affect the performance of work we have delivered. Client is responsible for maintaining their own accounts, subscriptions, and platform access.
Accuracy of client-provided content
The client is solely responsible for the legal accuracy of all claims, pricing, certifications, licences, and testimonials displayed on pages we build. Rexivon is not liable for any content provided by the client that proves inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant with applicable laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
